Hypogene karst associated with igneous intrusions and its influence on the subsequent karst evolution in high mountains (Central Andes, Peru)
Carbonate rocks of Cretaceous age are wide spread in the Peruvian Andes. The studied area in the eastern part of the Cordillera Occidental, near a large igneous intrusion and a skarn deposit, exemplifies polygenetic and multi-phase karst development. A new evidence for pachyostotic snake from Turonian of Bosnia-Herzegovina
Фосилни налази морских змија из кредних седимената Босне и Херцеговине познати су од пре скоро сто година. У овом раду је приказан нови налаз пахиостотичне змије пронађене у локалном каменолому Дубовац, око три километра северозападно од Билеће. Simple 2D gravity–density inversion for the modeling of the basin basement: example from the Banat area, Serbia
We have developed a technique to calculate lateral density distribution of the sedimentary basin basement by combining linear gravity–density inversion and 2D forward modeling. The procedure requires gravity anomaly data, depth-to-basement data and density data for the sediments (density–depth distribution).
