    Eksploatacijom boksita iz ležišta "Podbraćan" formiran je površinski kop sa maksimalnom visinom zavšne kosine od 280 m. Redovnom kontrolom stabilnosti trenutnog stanja kosina površinskog kopa utvrđeno je da faktor sigurnosti iznosi Fs = 1.71 – 1.85, a što je ukazalo da postoji mogućnost povećanja nagiba kosine.
