Geologic Information System of Serbia
Geologic information system of Serbia (GeolISS) represents repository for digital archiving, query, retrieving, analysis and geologic data visualization. The GeolISS is implemented through ESRI ArcGIS technology, and is designed to operate as a personal geodatabase (MS Jet 4.0 Engine) and SDE enterprise geodatabase in MS SQL Server. The objective of GeolISS implementation is integration of existing geologic archives, data from published maps at different scales, newly acquired field data, as well as Web publishing of geologic information. Part of Speech Tagging for Serbian language using Natural Language Toolkit
Distribution of Uranium and Rare Elements in Radioactive Phosphate-Bearing Anomalies in Southeast Mongolia
Boris Vakanjac, Neil Rutherford, Vesna Ristić Vakanjac, Tanita Đumić, Suzana Đorđević Milošević (2020)Soviet and Mongolian geologists initiated geological exploration of Mongolia for minerals after World War II (1945). These activities lasted until the breakup of the USSR in 1991. As part of this exploration systematic uranium and rare element exploration was undertaken across Mongolia. New exploration resumed in Mongolia at the beginning of the 21st century for a range of ore and mineral deposit styles including uranium, coal, base and precious metals and Fe-ore. This was generally undertaken by Western-based companies. This ...Boris Vakanjac, Neil Rutherford, Vesna Ristić Vakanjac, Tanita Đumić, Suzana Đorđević Milošević. Non-Detonating Chemical Mixture for Non-Invasive Methods of Rock Breaking
Within the Innovation developed several different non-detonating chemical mixtures for non-invasive methods of rock breaking. Laboratory and polygon tests gave the satisfactory results and knowledge enough to start the practical experiments in the field. The basis of this innovation is a theoretical assumption that certain chemical mixtures release a large quantity of gases during combustion. A series of novel ternary Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes containing 2,20-dipyridylamine (dipya), 2,20-bipyridine (bipy), and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), as aromatic diamine ligands, and dianion of isophthalic acid (ipht) have been prepared by ligand exchange reactions from diluted H2O/EtOH solutions. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility measurements and TG and DSC analysis. Three complexes, Cu(dipya)(ipht)H2O (1), Co(dipya)(ipht)2H2O (2) and Cu(ipht)(phen)2H2O (5) are polymeric with bis-monodentate ipht, while the other two complexes M(bipy)(ipht)4H2O, M@Co(II) (3) and ...комплекси прелазних метала, карбоксилатни лиганди, N-лиганди, кристална структура, магнетна својстваJelena Rogan, Dejan Poleti, Ljiljana Karanović, Zvonko Jagličić. Analysis and Calculation of MMRS and Primary Gas Distribution Network in Urban Environment – Case Study Kučevo
A Model for Determining Fuzzy Evaluations of Partial Indicators of Availability for High-Capacity Continuous Systems at Coal Open Pits Using a Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System
This paper presents a model for determining fuzzy evaluations of partial indicators of the availability of continuous systems at coal open pits using a neuro-fuzzy inference system. The system itself is a combination of fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks. The system availability is divided into partial indicators. By combining the fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks, a model is obtained that has the ability to learn and uses expert judgment for that learning. However, until recently it was not possible to establish when, where, and how certain forms of Middle Paleolithic behavior appeared and spread into Southeastern Europe, mainly owing to gaps in the Paleolithic record. It is very soft, layered crystal used for sculpting and an excellent electrical and thermal insulator aimed for the operation at high pressure and temperature. Here, for the first time, two-dimensional (2D) pyrophyllite obtained by both mechanical and liquid phase exfoliation is presented and investigated at the nanoscale. The optimization of auxiliary machinery in open-cast lignite mines: a case study of bulldozers
One of the most important prerequisites for the successful operation of the open-cast lignite mine is to carry out all the auxiliary works timely with the necessary quality. The most important and most commonly used auxiliary machines are bulldozers. Engaging time of bulldozers use is in direct relation with the coefficients of the time and capacity utilization of the continuous system for the excavation of coal and tailings, which indicates their importance.
