Optimisation of underground mine decline development system using genetic algorithm
... into one integrated system. The main idea that we used to create such system is based on the fact that somewhere in 3u (3–dimensional underground space) there is a point through which we can connect all ore bodies with surface portal (or surface breakout point, SBP) and afterward with mineral processing ...
... The tonnage of ore to be hauled from each orebody to the surface portal is fixed. A decline development system is modeled as a 3–dimensional or space network interconnecting all main points. Such network must incorporate the navigability constraints caused by the mine trucks and other equipment ...

Effects of Energy Production and Consumption on Air Pollution in Serbia
Marija Živković (2019)Energy production and combustion, mostly from unregulated or inefficient fuel combustion, are the single most important anthropogenic sources of air pollutant emissions. Energy sector in Serbia is highly fossil fuel intensive: 87.88% of energy consumed in Serbia is related to fossil fuels, while almost 95% of energy sources are combusted. In 2017. energy related carbon dioxide emission in Serbia is was 47.95 million tones. The main source of carbon dioxide emission was coal, responsible for almost 70% of energy ...... monoxide emission from the transport sector is passenger transport (303.4 million of tones) while the emission from the residential sector is related to space heating (206 million of tones) (Figure 8) Figure 8. Application of the principle of circular economy to the thermal groundwater, the example of the municipality of Bogatić
There are about 360 locations of thermal and thermo-mineral waters in Serbia, whose water temperatures range from 14 to 98°C, which ranks Serbia as the richest European country in geothermal energy. The mentioned water resources (thermal and thermomineral waters) are used, mostly, for therapeutic purposes in spas and sports and recreational centers. The main problem that is present is the fact that they are not used in a rational and efficient way. The paper will give examples territorially related ...Marija Jovanović, Vesna Ristić Vakanjac. Strategic Environmental Assessment and the precautionary principle in the spatial planning of wind farms – European experience in Serbia
Spatial determination planning is at an initial and very sensitive step in the development of wind farms. On one hand, it is important to maximize the potential of wind in a particular area, and on the other hand, it is important to achieve environmental protection (including the human population and natural heritage) in the same space at the same time.
