Advancing Sentiment Analysis in Serbian Literature: A Zero and Few-Shot Learning Approach Using the Mistral Model
Ova studija predstavlja analizu sentimenta srpskih starih romana iz perioda 1840-1920, koristeći veliki jezički model (LLM) Mistral za tehniku učenja sa zasnovani na takozvanim "zero" i "few-shot" pokušajima. Assessing Criteria Weights by the Symmetry Point of Criterion (Novel SPC Method) - Application in the Efficiency Evaluation of the Mineral Deposit Multi-Criteria Partitioning Algorithm
Information about the relative importance of each criterion or the weights of criteria can have a significant influence on the ultimate rank of alternatives. Accordingly, assessing the weights of criteria is a very important task in solving multi-criteria decision-making problems. Three methods are commonly used for assessing the weights of criteria: objective, subjective, and integrated methods. In this study, an objective approach is proposed to assess the weights of criteria, called SPC method (Symmetry Point of Criterion). In this paper, we describe our efforts in manually aligning monolingual dictionaries. The alignment is carried out at sense-level for various resources in 15 languages. Fault type assessment based on vertical gravity gradient anomalies – advantages and limitations
The type of dip-slip faults can be assessed based on the analysis of vertical gravity gradients. Theoretically, just a simple comparation of the gradient extreme values can give us an answer whether the fault is normal or reverse (thrust). Practical application of this method is far more complicated and the results depend on a number of parameters, such as a complexity of geological setting, the quality of gravity data, dip angle and displacement of the fault, density contrast, etc. ...... advantages . and limitations.. The main advantage is in the simplicity of application. The basic visual and numerical analysis of the curves can produce the information on the 88 fault type, approximate position of the fault line and general estimation of the dip angle (direction and whether the ...

Rule-based Automatic Multi-word Term Extraction and Lemmatization
In this paper we present a rule-based method for multi-word term extraction that relies on extensive lexical resources in the form of electronic dictionaries and finite-state transducers for modelling various syntactic structures of multi-word terms. The same technology is used for lemmatization of extracted multi-word terms, which is unavoidable for highly inflected languages in order to pass extracted data to evaluators and subsequently to terminological e-dictionaries and databases. A Description of Morphological Features of Serbian: a Revision using Feature System Declaration
In this paper we discuss some well-known morphological descriptions used in various projects and applications (most notably MULTEXT-East and Unitex) and illustrate the encountered problems on Serbian.
