Control of substructure construction of railways in the Republic of Serbia
У оквиру овог рада приказује се техничка регулатива која регулише контролу збијености при изградњи железничке ...... the transition layer, it should meet the conditions of safety against frost [2:38-38]. Geotechnical conditions of “Debelo brdo” tunnel construction on the highway E-80: Nis-Merdare-Pristina (“Peace Highway”)
The construction of the highway E-80 has begun in Serbia, which will represent the traffic hub of the Western Balkans and will be part of the main regional transport network of Southeast Europe. Geotechnical zoning of the terrain along the first section of E-80 highway in Serbia – SEETO route 7
Part of E-80 highway that passes through Serbia (from the city of Nis to the administrative border Merdare) is 77 km long. The highway is divided into two sections: the first from Nis to Plocnik (39.4 km long) and the second from Plocnik to the administrative border with Kosovo. The route is designed through a typical plain and hilly terrain in which different geological units are dominant: crystalline schists, neogene sediments of foothills and quaternary sediments in the valley ...... smaller torrential flows which gravitate from surrounding terrain to the Toplica River. It is formed of sands and gravel with smaller content of sandy clays and clayey sands, but with occasional local occurrences of muddy zones. These muddy zones indicate early stage of alluvial environment formation ...

Ispitivani kvartarni sedimenti odlikuju se odsustvom ...... fairly homogeneous/uniform in composition, primarily consisting. of fine-grained clastites (dominantly siltstones) with a certain percentage of sandy and clay fractions. These sediments were mapped near the surface and are 27 m thick. Beneath them are Upper Cretaceous carbonate rocks (limestones ...

Investigating distant effects of the Moesian promontory: Brittle tectonics along the western boundary of the Getic unit (East Serbia)
In this study, we report evidence for brittle deformation in a part of the Carpatho–Balkan orogen, which is explained in terms of effects of the rigid Moesian promontory of the European plate on fault kinematics in East Serbia. We focus on the westernmost part of the Getic Unit of the East Serbian Carpatho–Balkanides, i.e. the Gornjak–Ravanica Unit, located between two main thrusts that were repeatedly activated from Early Cretaceous to recent times.
