Stratigraphic implications of the Mio-Pliocene geodynamics in the area of Mt. Avala: new evidence from Torlak Hill and Beli Potok (Belgrade, Serbia)
Mt. Avala is located on the southern margin of the Pannonian basin (SPB), a border zone between the uplifted morphostructures of the Dinarides and Carpathian-Balkanides. Similar to the Pannonian basin, tectonostratigraphic evolution of the Mt. Avala area during the last 23 Ma has is characterized by syn- and post-rifting processes as well as tectonic inversion. Here, we present the results of field investigations of the Miocene‒Pliocene dynamics that led to different spatial positions of the same stratigraphic units (e.g. ...... measurements of structural elements were not collected systematically (e.g. dip angle and dip direction, fault traces, geometric and kinematic properties, etc.). Scarce individual measurements of bedding plane or fault trace were performed and used to support the above-mentioned stratigraphic results ...

VENTEX: An Expert System for Mine Ventilation Systems Analysis
U radu je prikazana metodologija ...... three following ways: - through direct input, - by activating a procedure attached to the slot that calculates its value, - by inheriting all properties (and consequently slot values) from a slot at a higher level of hierarchy. Quantitative landslide risk assessment in the city of Tuzla
In the climate-changing conditions, geological environment interacts more dramatically with the urban fabric than before. The urbanization is expansive and more aggressive than before, but so are the weather extremes and long-term climate trends. In effect, many processes which can be triggered by either side, nature or engineering, are becoming more pervasive than before, and such is the case with landslides. Dealing and managing landslides requires few crucial steps, starting from collecting data on landslide location and typology – ...... proxies for the landsliding process. These included geological, geomorphologic and environmental data. These were subsequently supplemented with dynamic input, represented by the specific rainfall map, to allow for a quasi-hazard modeling. 3.1 Geological factors Geological factors were extracted ...

An Approach to Efficient Processing of Multi-Word Units
Efficient processing of Multi-Word Units in the course of development of morphological MWU dictionaries is not easy to achieve, especially when languages with complex morphological structures are concerned, such as Serbian. Manual development of this type of dictionaries is a tedious and extremely slow process. Selection of Artificial Lift Methods: A Brief Review and New Model Based on Fuzzy Logic
Miroslav Crnogorac, Miloš Tanasijević, Dušan Danilović, Vesna Karović Maričić, Branko Leković (2020)Artificial lift methods have applications in oil wells where oil production is no longer possible due to natural reservoir energy, so this necessary energy is added by introducing lift methods. This paper uses fuzzy logic as a mathematical and conceptual model for selection of the optimal artificial lift method.
