    Beogradska tvrđava, spomenik kulture od izuzetnog značaja za Republiku Srbiju, izgrađena je od krečnjaka badenske starosti. Njihova litološka heterogenost, u sadejstvu sa uticajima okruženja, rezultira visokim intenzitetima raspadanja.
