Identification of the Best Available Renewable Energy Source for Electricity Production in Serbia
Around 2/3 of electricity production in Serbia originates from coal-fired thermal power plants. The most significant domestic coal deposits are lignite deposits, a type of low -quality coal that causes negative health, climate and environmental impacts during the combustion. To reduce those negative impacts on domestic electricity production and to promote environmental awareness, the Serbian Energy Sector Development Strategy and the National Action Plan for Use of Renewable Energy Sources indicate the plan for increasing the share of ...Strategija obnovljive energije, Održiva energija, Proizvodnja električne energije, Solarna energija, Biomasa, Hidroenergije, Energija vetra... Model inteligentnog sistema adaptivnog upravljanja procesom prerade rude
Ivana M. Jovanović (2016-01-13)U oblasti procesa prerade rude, flotacijska koncentracija predstavlja jednu od najznačajnijih i najčešće primenjivanih metoda separacije korisnih od nekorisnih minerala. Samim tim, veoma je važno osigurati uspešan rad flotacijskog postrojenja kroz dostizanje zadovoljavajućih tehno-ekonomskih pokazatelja. Cilj upravljanja procesom flotacijske koncentracije je upravo optimizacija kvaliteta i iskorišćenja korisne komponente u koncentratu uz maksimizaciju profita. Shodno tome, istraživanja na polju modelovanja i upravljanja ovim procesom zauzimaju značajno mesto u praksi kontolnog inženjenringa.Teorijska istraživanja u okviru doktorske disertacije obuhvatila su analizu položaja ...flotacijska koncentracija, modelovanje, upravljanje, inteligentni sistem, soft kompjuting, fazi logika, veštačke neuronske mreže... A Knowledge-Based Approach to Mine Ventilation Planning in Yugoslav Mining Practice
Ventilation system analysis is a complex process based on the calculation and analysis of numerous parameters. These problems can be successfully solved by the SimVent numerical package, but a full understanding and use of the obtained results require the involvement of an experienced specialist in the ventilation field. The solution was found in the creation of a hybrid system INVENTS, whose knowledge base represents a formalization of the expert knowledge in the mine ventilation field. In this paper, we ...... A methodology for assessing the pressures on transboundary groundwater quantity and quality – experiences from the Dinaric karst
Zoran Stevanović, Veljko Marinović (2020)A relatively novel and abridged methodology for assessing the quantity and quality status of groundwater bodies has been applied in the Dinaric karst of SE Europe. Validation of pressure on quantity is based on groundwater budgeting and the correlation of available groundwater reserves and projected water demands, while pressure on quality is estimated by GIS-created maps: vulnerability – hazard – risk. The results obtained from the studied groundwater bodies indicate mostly low pressure on water quantity, but increased risk from diffuse and point pollution sources. ...Zoran Stevanović, Veljko Marinović. Improving efficiency of thermal power plants through mine coal quality planning and control
